The 2025 Future Leaders Programme graduated 40 final year health students this year, ranging across medical, nursing, physio, radiology and social work disciplines.
These students soaked up five intense days of challenges, korero, and a complete overhaul of what they believed the health system and their beliefs to be. “The most useful for me this week was understanding of the health system and how to utilise our voices within it to start change.”
