These are 1-day mini-conference symposia, divided by Australasian regions, intended to showcase ASBTE’s student and early career researchers.
The New Zealand showcase will be held on Friday the 28th of November 2025 in person in the Beaven Lecture Theatre at the University of Otago Christchurch Campus and online via Zoom. Join us to learn about the latest research in the field of Biomaterials and Tissue Engineering in New Zealand, with opportunities to network with peers and companies.
Please submit abstracts by Friday, 24th October: Abstract submission. We welcome abstracts from ECRs, including undergraduate/honours students, HDRs/postgrads, and postdocs (<5 years post-PhD). There will be prizes for best presentations!
Participation is free, but you must be an active ASBTE member to submit an abstract, present, and compete for prizes – so please join the society today! ASBTE is a great community for anyone interested in research, education, or commercialization in the fields of biomaterials, medical devices, and tissue engineering and regenerative medicine.
